This is the typeahead demo for GWT.
No such "widget" existed for this in the GWT, so one had to be created.
While it was not entirely difficult to create a new widget,
this will be a proprietary GWT Widget that cannot be used in any other javascript toolkit
Also, You are just putting tags with specific IDs in them in the html, so
a person who can read html will have no idea what is going on here.
For this example.. a simple page with 3 widgets on it, 15 files were generated.
While it is only 192kb, you have to use a java editor to tweak this.
I personally do not like this approach at all

making it easy to add bits of AJAX functionality to existing pages
without starting from scratch.
